Blue Moon TapHouse
Blue Moon TapHouse will be a completely unique dining and entertainment concept created specifically for the Waterside District and will debut when the project launches in the Spring. Blue Moon TapHouse will feature live music, authentic art, a large selection of craft beer and a variety of gastropub-style dining options.
Guy Fieri’s Smokehouse
Guy Fieri, renowned chef and Food Network star, announced Guy Fieri’s Smokehouse via video where he talked about this exciting opportunity to combine his passion for barbecue with the restaurant scene of Norfolk and culinary tradition of the region.
Born from the toughest sport on dirt, PBR Norfolk country bar will celebrate a country-western theme with rich music traditions. PBR Norfolk will feature a dance floor, private outdoor patio and the signature mechanical bull.
Back by popular demand, The Fudgery is widely known for its handmade, traditional fudge and singing fudge makers. The Fudgery made its debut in Norfolk when it opened at the original Waterside building in 1983, and we’re excited to say that they will be part of the new Waterside District.
Harbor Club, which will open with Waterside District this spring, will boast incredible waterfront views of the Elizabeth River, a stylish interior, an outdoor veranda and a signature food and drink menu for an unmatched experience.
The Market is the heart of the Waterside District. Covering 30,000 square-feet, The Market will feature a variety of unique food and beverage choices and be the main stage for entertainment, festivals and family attractions.
Located in The Market! In 2007, Dawn Eskins and her two daughters founded Carolina Cupcakery in their Camden, North Carolina, home. In 2008 they opened a storefront in Chesapeake, Virginia, becoming the first area’s cupcake bakery from Washington, D.C. to South Carolina.
Located in The Market! Known for serving uniquely topped pizzas with an optional spicy sauce, a variety of pastas and over 30 different beers on tap, Cogan’s Pizza will be an instant hit for local residents and visitors alike.
Starr Hill Market Bar
Located in The Market! Born in a Charlottesville music hall in 1999, Starr Hill is among the most award-winning independent, regional craft breweries on the East Coast. Starr Hill Market Bar will feature 48 taps including Starr Hill’s flagship beers and other local Virginia brews from the Commonwealth.
Rappahannock Oyster Co. at Waterside District
Located in The Market! Rappahannock Oyster, which hails from Topping, Virginia, is recognized for its flavorful cuisine, family history and sustainable oyster farming practices. It will serve up flavorful, quality oysters from the Chesapeake Bay.
Located in The Market! Luk Fu, which offers flavorful Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean and Thai cuisine, will bring a unique culinary experience to Norfolk. Authentic featured menu items include sushi, ramen and dim sum, with a large selection of soups and noodles.
