This experience is brought to you by the Anthony L. & Hideko S. Burgess Interactive Learning Center (ILC), Operation Smile's immersive exhibit allowing visitors to journey alongside our friends who are affected by cleft conditions as they seek the safe surgery and comprehensive care they need and deserve. Founded in 1975, UIAT has roots in the Ilocano heritage & promote culture in community.

You may view fourteen parols, a traditional star-shaped Christmas lantern, created by the members of UIAT & displayed at Miracle at Waterside District during the 2025 holiday season.
