• Smoking and vaping indoors

• Oversized bags or purses larger than 16x12 inches

• Photography or video recordings for commercial use without prior approval

Q: Does Waterside District offer military discounts?
A: Yes, Waterside District offers a 20% discount to all active duty and retired military personnel who show a valid military ID or are in uniform, excluding alcohol. This offer is valid at Blue Moon TapHouse, Guy Fieri’s Smokehouse, PBR Norfolk, The Harbor Club, and the eateries in The Market, excluding The Fudgery.

Q: Does Waterside District sell gift cards?
A: Yes, Waterside District offers gift cards that can be used at the following restaurants and bars: Blue Moon TapHouse, Guy Fieri's Smokehouse, PBR Norfolk, The Market, and Harbor Club. Gift cards cannot be used at Carolina Cupcakery, The Fudgery, Stripers Waterside, and Chipotle. 

Q: Do you accept reservations?
A: Yes. Reservations can be made through OpenTable.

A: Yes! Waterside District offers flexibility for private events of any size or budget for up to 6,000 guests.

Q: Where can I park?
A: The Waterside parking garage is conveniently located across the street from Waterside District, and valet parking is offered seven days a week. Additional parking is available at City of Norfolk parking garages, street parking, and free parking options.

A: Free parking is available Monday through Thursday after 6:00 PM and all day Sunday on metered spots downtown.

Q: How can I get to Waterside District?
A: By bus: The Hampton Roads Transit bus system has five routes that serve Waterside.

Q: Is there a shuttle service?
A: Yes, F.R.E.D. is a free battery-operated people mover available to riders aged 8 and up who start and end their commute in downtown Norfolk.

Public Parking
Parking is available in the lot beside the Norfolk mural and at the Waterside District parking garage. The garage is adjacent to Waterside District at the intersection of Waterside Drive and Atlantic Avenue. Additional parking is offered at the Boush Street Garage, Main Street Garage, MacArthur Center and other parking garages downtown and on the street.

Free parking is available Monday through Thursday after 6pm and all day Sunday on metered spots downtown. You can also call F.R.E.D. at 757-478-7233; a free battery-operated, state-of-the-art people mover available to riders aged 8 and up who start and end their commute in downtown Norfolk.
